Didn't bring the dining set as planned because we want to finish up this whole section and clean it up first. Ugh, so much work!

Dropping off the painting tools at the house and the microwave we got from Walmart.

Gotta get to work. My first project this morning is the hallway. Put the masking tape and then paint it.

Done with this tiny hallway. What took a lot of work was the taping and the edges. It's not pink, by the way. It's "malt" color... Hahaha!

It's time to work on this room. Hopefully we can finish it up today, but I kind of doubt it. Maybe it'll take two days instead. We'll see.

Apparently, the color we got for the living/dining room is way too close to the outside walls. So, heading back to Home Depot to find a different color.

Back to work. Will be painting this side of the dining room now. Ha!

Gonna repaint this hallway with a different color since it came out too close to the living room. Arg!

Time to work on the moldings, put the second coat of paint in the hallway and clean up the living room. Yay!

Whoever lived here before made this cool table with marked drawers for tools and stuff. He really shared my OCD, neat freak... Hahaha!

Back here and it's time to go back to work. The touch-ups just can't stop showing up. Arg!

...And installing the plywood on the wood blocks on the floor as the second stage of the floor project. We'll paint the walls first before installing the hardwood floor on top of the plywood.

Back at the house. Gonna finish up putting the plywood down for the floor today before the rapture this weekend...

I signed our names on the floor before we permanently closed it with the plywood. The date is when we officially got the key to the house...

And we are done for today! Yay!
