Rue Cler
One of my very favorite restaurants in the Triangle. I've never had a bad meal here -- the food, the atmosphere, the service have all been spectacular. If you want to know why living is Durham is great for me & my wife, Rue Cler is a great place to start. If you haven't been, go; if you've been, go again!
I only get the Moules Frites, which was excellent! Great atmospere and wait staff. Foothills Hopium on tap a huge plus!
