have been here
I've had pretty bad service here. Notably, when buying coffee beans here, unlike at Starbucks, you are not offered a complimentary drip coffee. On another occasion, when my wife and I were in the shop, it took a good 10 minutes to get us our coffee; a new pot of drip coffee was made, and though our coffees had been poured, the employee got 'distracted' and didn't bring them out to us. After waiting for a while, I had to go up and ask for them at which point I was told that he was 'just about to bring them out.' No apologies, nothing. It's worth noting as well that when Starbucks is out of drip coffee and you wait for them to make more, they are free. This place needs to learn something about customer service and how bad they look in relation to their primary competitor. Rather than go here, we now get coffee at the Barnes & Noble on that side of Brier Creek.
